The Payal Tiwari Foundation in association with the Pune Municipal Corporation and Sundaram Group on Tuesday distributed tablet computers to class VI students of Kasturba Gandhi and Mahatma Jotiba Phule schools.
Mumbai region Congress president Kripashankar Singh was the chief guest at the event, organised at the Kasturba Gandhi School grounds. PMC Education Board chairperson and Payal Tiwari Foundation founder Sangeeta Tiwari spoke about tablet computers and explained how they could be of help to students. MLC Dipti Chowdhary, Deputy Mayor Prasanna Jagtap, corporator Sunil Gaikwad and Lata Rajguru were present.
