Terms & Conditions:

1. Prices: Above prices are for Mumbai.
2. Taxes & Duties: Exclusive of VAT & Octroi (if applicable).
3. Payment terms and conditions: 25% advance with firm purchase order, balance 75% in six equated monthly installments(EMI). The six post-dated cheques (PDC) shall be given against delivery.
4. Delivery Period: within 1-2 weeks from the receipt of firm purchase order with 25% advance payment.
5. Electrical fixture & fittings: shall be kept ready by the buyer at the time of installation.
6. Rates quoted above are liable to change without notice and subject to availability of stock.
7. Subject to jurisdiction of Mumbai.
